How does it work?

How to refer your healthcare opportunities

1. Get in touch

Have a chat with our Health Business Development lead Ruby Kuzemko to understand the HSCN connectivity services and our Referral Agreement in more detail.

2. Sign the referral agreement

Read and sign the Cloud Gateway Referral Agreement via electronic signature and let us know what documentation you need to fulfil your own compliance processes.

3. Due diligence

Once your agreement is signed, we'll conduct our own due diligence and sign the Referral Agreement too.

4. Start earning commission

That's it! We’ll provide you with content and our logo to add to your website if you wish.

Referring a HSCN customer to Cloud Gateway

What information does Cloud Gateway need?

Customer name

The name of the customer. If their registered and trading names are different, let us know.

Contact name, email and phone number

Put us in touch with your customer contact, if you'd like to make a formal introduction, that's great! Or, we can contact them directly. It's completely up to you.

HSCN Service required (if known)

If you know what the customer needs already, tell us - this will help us to design and deploy a solution for them more quickly. If you're not sure, we can engage with the customer to match them with the right product.

The wider context

Tell us about your conversations so far. Is the HSCN requirement part of a larger transformation project? What are the key challenges being faced, and the timescales to find a resolution?

HSCN compliance information

Let us know if your end customer has a valid HSCN connection agreement and ODS code from NHS England and what those details are. If your customer would like advice and guidance on this process, we can help. Check out the guide.

Earning commission

Start earning commission as a Cloud Gateway health partner

Customer Proposal

We will qualify the opportunity with the customer, create a proposal and send it to them to check and sign. We can copy you in if you would like.

Commission Scheme

Once your customer’s service is live with us, we’ll start invoicing them as normal. After 3 months of payment, we will ask you to invoice us for 15% of the first year’s Annual Recurring Revenue. We will advise you of the amount at the time, to make it as easy as possible for you.

Your customers will be allocated one of our Account Managers to look after them for the duration of the contract. Our Service team will support your customer with any technical needs. We pride ourselves on our support to customers.

What is Health Connect?

Secure HSCN Connectivity

Health Connect is a portfolio of services helping your customer to achieve quick and affordable connectivity to the Health and Social Care Network (HSCN) from a physical site, a cloud environment or your remote user base.

The HSCN is intended to provide a solution for hospitals, medical centres, GPs and healthtechs to collaborate and access services over a single secure, high-speed network. Your customers may require connectivity to access a wide range of applications from essential NHS Digital services like NHSmail, to other services such as SPINE, EMIS and SystmOne.
