Hi, I’m Sandrine and I am a service account manager.
My customer service career started in hospitality 20 years ago. I have always thrived on getting service right for my customers, whatever role I’ve been in. I’ve worked in ITIL Service Management for over 15 years, and believe every role I have worked in gives me an edge in getting things right for our customers. Cloud Gateway is a great big family and it’s an honour to work with so many people that strive to be the best.
I’m Steve and I lead a team of engineers that transform high-level concepts and ideas into industry leading products and platforms.
My team channel the principle of zero-touch, self-healing solutions to ensure our services run efficiently, reliably and automatically. I have a particular passion for Serverless solutions and have spoken at a number of events in Manchester on the topic. Before joining Cloud Gateway I spent 15 years working at one of the UK’s largest banks where I led my team to a number of industry awards for best in class solutions.
Cyber Security is at heart of what we do and everyone at Cloud Gateway gets it, which sometimes is one of the hardest problems you have to solve!
I have the pleasure of working with really great people with equal talent in what they do. Through our continuous development we are able to innovate and be creative, this helps us to deploy technologies that react to an ever-changing landscape in a very agile way. For me, it’s this that fuels the passion and motivation, taking an area that can be quite complex, demystifying and using technology to do the heavy lifting, adding value that allows our customers to focus on their core business activities.
