Justin Day

CEO and Co-Founder

Justin has over 17 years’ experience in IT working almost exclusively in Networks and Security and has extensive knowledge in cloud computing. Previously, Justin has worked for major corporations including Aviva and Vodafone where he was responsible for their IT network infrastructures. Throughout his career, Justin has led the delivery of complex IT programmes and assisted in overhauling network architectures to streamline existing infrastructures that assist businesses in making significant cost savings. He has worked in both the private and public sectors, spanning the technology, telecommunications, finance and insurance industries.

Neil Briscoe

CTO and Co-Founder

Neil has over 20 years’ experience in IT working across a multitude of technical disciplines. He has excelled in network architecture and design, providing direction for complex operating environments. Neil has worked across multiple sectors for many companies including PepsiCo, Asda, Capita, Aviva and the Ministry of Justice where he was responsible for leading architecture and delivery. His innovative approach to secure, hybridised networks has seen him earn the highest of industry recognised accolades. Neil continues to drive product development through technical direction for existing, new and future problem spaces.

Paddy Byrne

Executive Director

Paddy is a highly successful business leader with a strong record of running and growing significant businesses in the FinTech space, notably at Target Group and Xchanging. Paddy has driven businesses with turnover up to £450 million and 3000 people. He has also demonstrated a strong ability to continually improve profitability as a proportion of turnover. Paddy has successfully managed service provision for key elements of the National Infrastructure, including the London Metal Exchange's trading platform and the entirety of the Lloyd's of London insurance market’s support services. Paddy has also driven significant relationship led deals at C-level; most of these deals have involved high volumes, transformations and complexity, all of which have completed successfully.
