How to refer your healthcare opportunities
01. Get in touch with Cloud Gateway
Contact us to arrange an introductory call with our healthcare lead Ruby Kuzemko. Together, we'll help you understand our HSCN connectivity services and the Referral Agreement in more detail. We'll talk you through the available options.
02. Sign the Referral Agreement
Read and sign the Cloud Gateway Referral Agreement via electronic signature and let us know what you need to fulfil your compliance processes. We'll conduct our own due diligence at the same time and sign it too.
03. Start referring and earning without delay
That's it! We’ll provide you with content and our logo for your website, should you wish to feature them. Additionally, we’ll exchange Partner marketing packs, sales enablement materials, factsheets, and any other resources you need.
04. Regular partner touchpoints
We'll stay in regular contact and arrange periodic catch-ups with you and your team. We’ll share industry news, insights, and trends, identify opportunities together, and keep each other informed of our latest developments.
REFERRING AN HSCN CUSTOMER
What information does Cloud Gateway need?
The name of the customer. If their registered and trading names are different, let us know.
Put us in touch with your customer contact. If you'd like to make a formal introduction, that's great! Or, we can contact them directly. It's completely up to you.
If you know what the customer needs already, tell us - this will help us to design and deploy a solution for them more quickly. If you're not sure, we can engage with you and/or the customer to match them with the right product.
Tell us about your conversations so far. Is the HSCN requirement part of a larger transformation project? What are the key challenges being faced, and the timescales to find a resolution?
Let us know if your end customer has a valid HSCN connection agreement and ODS code from NHS England and what those details are. If your customer would like advice and guidance on this process, we can help. Check out the guide.

Earning commission
Customer Proposal
We will work with the customer to understand their requirements, qualify the opportunity, design a solution and embed it into a proposal to be checked and signed. We can copy you in if you would like.
Commission Scheme
Once your customer’s service is live with us, we’ll start invoicing them as normal. After 3 months of payment, we will make a payment to the value of 15% of the first year’s Annual Recurring Revenue. We will advise you of the amount at the time, to make the process as seamless as possible.
Your customers will be allocated one of our Account Managers to look after them for the duration of the contract. Our customer success team will support your client with any technical needs that may emerge once the service is live. We pride ourselves on our excellent support to customers.
