Support and service management
My Cloud Gateway includes integrated support for incidents and service requests. Raise a ticket with the team, track its progress and provide any supporting attachments.
SIEM / SOC integration
It's your data! If you have an existing SIEM or SOC, we can pump the logs directly to your own third party tools for further analysis.
Log storage and export
All network telemetry including logs, alerts and events are retained and available to view.
Logs can be downloaded via CSV from My Cloud Gateway too.
