What is Cloud Connectivity?
How we help you connect to cloud
Cloud Connectivity is a network service that links the public cloud to the rest of your organisation. Whether it's another cloud provider (multicloud), a data centre (hybrid cloud), your users or sites - if you want to leverage services like AWS or Azure, you'll need Cloud Connectivity to reach them!
Fast cloud connectivity
We have private, on-net connectivity to hundreds of Cloud Service Providers (CSP) established and ready to go, so we can rapidly allocate capacity and connect you in as little as 5 working days!
Private Connection
Cloud connections can be achieved via our dedicated UK data centre on-ramp, or IPSec VPN over the internet, it's up to you! All cloud traffic that passes across our SASE platform is scrutinised and protected by our Security Enforcement Core (SEC).
Flexibility
Every cloud connection you add to your Cloud Gateway platform will be capable of handling the maximum bandwidth throughput you choose. You don't need to divide and allocate chunks of your licence to different connections - you have complete flexibility.

What you need to connect to cloud
To connect to the cloud, you’ll need to complete some setup steps, which vary depending on your cloud service provider.
For Amazon Web Services (AWS): Direct Connect
To create a connection from AWS, you will need your AWS Account number and the details of your VPC environment. You should already have configured the Direct Connect gateway, AWS gateway, VPCs, plus any related attachments and associations.
For Microsoft Azure: ExpressRoute
To connect to Microsoft Azure, you will need an Azure account with an active subscription, and will need to configure ExpressRoute circuit using the Azure portal. You can also check the status, update, delete or de-provision a circuit. Read more below!
For Google Cloud Platform (GCP): Cloud Interconnect
To set up a connection to GCP, you'll need a Google Cloud Platform subscription. Our guide shows you how to create an Interconnect through the Google Cloud Platform portal to provide connectivity between your cloud networks.
