People & Talent Director
Jo is our People & Talent Director. She joined Cloud Gateway in 2023 as Head of People & Talent, moving into her current role in January 2025, to build the foundations and lead key initiatives across our employee lifecycle. Having started her career in technology recruitment at La Fosse Associates, she found her passion in People & Talent, firstly for a property company before moving into scaling tech businesses.
Jo previously held HR and People Manager roles at Hindwoods, before moving into People Manager and People Business Partner positions at Guru Systems Ltd, where she spent over two years developing her expertise in supporting growing organisations. Jo loves getting into the details of how a business is structured, finding ways to enhance engagement and performance, whilst providing support to every team.
