Director of Business Operations and Customer Success
Jodi is Director of Business Operations & Customer Success at Cloud Gateway, having risen through the business over six years since joining as a Customer Service Agent in 2020. Along the way she has held roles as Service Operations Manager, Service Delivery Manager, Customer Success Manager and Head of Customer Success, giving her a thorough understanding of how the business operates and how customers experience it, from onboarding through to long-term success.
In her current role, Jodi oversees business operations and customer success, ensuring that Cloud Gateway’s customers receive a consistently strong experience across the service provision, while also driving operational efficiency across the wider business.
Before joining Cloud Gateway, Jodi spent over six years at Clays Ltd, progressing from Data Processor to Account Control Assistant and then Account Controller, where she built a strong grounding in customer relationship management, problem solving and communication that continues to underpin her approach today.
